Welcome to the SV Rhona H Blog.

We’ve started this to be able to interact with our guests and keep up to date with what’s going on in the world of Heritage Sailing Tasmania and onboard SV Rhona H10644948_998857403562695_2836172401303772786_n

Winter Warmer sail today

it was certainly a winter warmer sail this afternoon. We braved the threatening rain (that only lasted about two minutes) and had a beautiful sail under the Tasman Bridge and around Battery Point.

Enjoyed watching a ship come into port, and possibly being a tourist attraction for them as they arrived into Hobart, very friendly crew onboard!

Our guests were great, too and hope to see them again one day.

Sailing today

Morning all on what was another foggy day in Hobart. We are making the most of today and will be going out this afternoon.

Its great weather for the seagulls and SV Rhona H is so much happier doing what she loves best: getting out from the docks and sailing. Join us this afternoon as we sail under the Tasman Bridge and around Battery Point. No doubt we’ll have some of the local birds accompanying us.

Hot beverages onboard to warm up along with our famous environmentally friendly Peter Alexander Hot Water bottles.
